A full system replacement: a new outdoor condenser on the pad and a new air handler in the closet, with a GreenUV Carbon-X air purifier mounted on the supply plenum and the base and plenum sealed and wrapped.
New AC system, condensate pump, and Carbon-X air purifier — Wellington (Jul 2025)
A new air handler installed in the garage closet with a new supply plenum and duct transition above it, a condensate pump with a copper line extension, and a GreenUV Carbon-X air purifier mounted on the foil-faced plenum.
Air handler cabinet re-lined with new insulation — Buena Vida, Wellington (Oct 2025)
Instead of replacing the system, we took the components out of the horizontal air handler, installed a new foil-faced insulated liner inside the cabinet, and put it back together.
Ducts relocated, reconnected, and tested — Wellington (Aug 2026)
Flex runs were relocated and reconnected to a duct-board distribution box in the attic, with sheet-metal collars at the connections, and the system was tested afterward.

Do you install AC systems in Wellington?

What is the Carbon-X unit on my new system?
It is a GreenUV Carbon-X air purifier, mounted in the supply plenum above the air handler. We have added it to several recent Wellington installs. Ask about it when we quote your system; our indoor air quality page has the details.
My air handler is old. Do I have to replace the whole system?
Not always. If the equipment is sound but the insulation inside the cabinet is breaking down, we can take the components out, re-line the cabinet with new insulation, and put it back together, as we did in Buena Vida. When replacement makes more sense, we show you both options.
