I was looking for a new AC company and so grateful I found Ocean Air & Residential. From Joe taking the initial info and booking, to service tech, John, the process was 100% satisfaction. John provided a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the air handler and compressor. Took his time, vacuumed up the excess cat hair and didn't try to sell me one thing!
