The outdoor unit wasn’t starting. A no-cool diagnostic the first day, then a bad capacitor replaced and a hard-start kit installed the next, to take the strain off the aging compressor. A 17-year-old system the homeowner was expecting to be told to replace.

Attic air handler plenum rebuilt and insulated — Floral Park, Lake Worth (Jun 2025)
A new insulated duct-board plenum was built and foil-sealed around the attic air handler, which hangs from the rafters on chains, so hot attic air stays out of the supply side. Long-time customer: she has used Ocean Air since the day she bought the house.
