A condo AC replaced in a day and a half, permit and all — Delray Beach
A 9-year-old self-contained condo unit that was not worth repairing, in a 5-by-7 closet next to a stacked laundry.
“Ocean Air’s AI texting was so easy to use & allowed me send photos of the problem @ 6pm. Steve immediately phoned to ask a few ?s & check into scheduling. Robb was at my door the following lunchtime… This company filed an emergency permit with the City of Delray & had all paperwork filed with my COA Property Mgmnt office by 4pm! Robb & Gene began installation the very next day! Andy joined the team after lunch! The air was quietly & efficiently running by dinner time!… All of this work was done in a 5×7’ space next to a stacked laundry with no damage!”

“As a customer of Ocean Air & Residential for nearly a decade, I feel well-qualified to attest to the quality of their service… They included an extra drip pan and cut-off switch below the elevated air handler. If my previous system had that, it would have saved me a few hundred bucks and a couple of holes in my walls, looking for the source of a leak. The outdoor compressor installation was clean, with no damage to the surrounding shrubbery or concrete slab… I’m a picky customer; see some of my other reviews for proof. I don’t just hand out 5-star reviews.”
